New 3 Bedroom Villa – La Nucia

This house constitutes a very unique project, insofar as its architectural style, which is a fusion between Ibiza style and contemporary technique architecture with big structures/spaces; and also in the quality of space it proposes: playing with the idea of the threshold, the in-between space or limit that split interior from exterior, indoor from outdoor.
The main mezzanine semi-covered outdoor space provides and area for yearlong outdoor enjoyment. The transition from the living room to the pool area is seamless, thanks to a large format sliding windows that get hidden inside the wall.
